Inrecent years, large energy consumption and number of poison gas emissions in the process ofthe production in conventional hot mix asphalt mixture, warm mix asphalt (WMA)technology has brought to the attention of the people. About this situation, In this paper, thefoamed asphalt mixture was studied, in order the foamed asphalt mixture can be applied inthe future road is paved and promotion.Through laboratory test of the asphalt foaming, we has studied the principle of bitumenfoaming and foaming properties. And the asphalt type, asphalt temperature, foamingtemperature and foaming agent, foaming water influence factors such as the use of made afurther research, and the decline of foam asphalt curve is discussed for the model.Mix proportion design and test methods of foam asphalt were studied. Each performanceindex of foamed asphalt mixture was studied, and analyzed the key factors influencing theperformances of foamed asphalt mixture, the study found that foam asphalt mix temperaturein the cooling effect, high temperature stability and water stability has obvious advantage,and put forward measures and methods to improve the other road use performance.Combining with Beijing-Qinhuangdao free way test road, put forward a series of bubbleswarm mix asphalt mixing, transportation, paving and compaction construction technology ofquality control measures, such as for the future application of foam asphalt mixturepromotion offer has a certain reference value. |
