As a new environmental technology,foamed asphalt recycling is applied in road fixing and constructing area for recycle of old asphalt and improvement of construction efficiency.Foamed asphalt recycling technology has broad prospects because of energy conservation,environmental protection and high efficiency.Recently,China has stepped into a large-scale road fixing period,but the foamed asphalt recycling equipment is totally depends on import.Thus,it will be meaningful to research in this technology and equipment.To manufacture foamed asphalt equipment,we must obey mechanism of asphalt foaming and control the process of asphalt foaming.The thesis mainly studies the mechanism of asphalt foaming and design methodology of asphalt foaming equipment.By both theoretical and experimental methods,the thesis studies the asphalt foaming mechanism based on the computational fluid dynamics,heat transfer and multiphase flow theories.Based on the study of asphalt foaming mechanism,the thesis puts forward the parameter sensitivity analysis of asphalt foaming,and makes parametric design for an equipment of foamed asphalt.The research includes following aspects.1.Build the kinetics and thermodynamics model of process of asphalt foaming.Based on computer technique,computational fluid dynamics and multiphase fluid mechanics theory,the kinetics and thermodynamics model is built to analyse the process of asphalt foaming.Besides,the model is verified by a experiment.2.Put forward the parameter sensitivity analysis of asphalt foaming.The parameter sensitivity of asphalt foaming is analyzed by the kinetics model.As a result,the parameter sensitivity coefficients are obtained,which could guide the design for asphalt foaming equipment.3.Make parametric design for an equipment of foamed asphalt.Through the analysis of design problems,the thesis researches in parametric design technology,realizes the parametric rapid design for UG parts under the circumstance of Visual Studio 2008 and makes parametric design for an equipment of foamed asphalt.The achievement of the thesis establishes a solid foundation for the next generation equipment and can be easily extended and implanted to all kinds of cold recycling machines,asphalt mixing plants and stabilization soil mixers.It also can be used as a separate test machine for asphalt foaming.
