| The resonant cement pavement breaker has the performance of frequency and lowamplitude. Pavement can be crushed by the equipment from “resonance vibrationâ€. There aremany advantages of the equipment. For example, rapid construction speed, Pipelinenetworks underground aren’t destroyed during construction process. Because of theadvantages, it’s used in reform process for cement concrete pavement often. At present, theequipment is only produced by the American RMI company. There aren’t relevantproducts and reference in other countries.In order to design and manufacture the resonant breaker, the mechanism of that and atest machine are studied. From that, the mechanism and the structure of vibration excitercould be gotten. All of that were provided as reference to design.The vibration model of the resonant breaker was established from simplify. Themotion equation of the bending vibration about the beam was drag-into. The modesuperposition method and dynamic response were also used. From that, the model wassimplified again. Based on the analysis, use the actual parameters to calculate and solve thedynamic response of the vibrating beam.From results of the study, if only the exciting force frequency was uncertain and otherparameter was confirmed, the exciting force frequency is more close to the naturalfrequency of output section of the beam, the dynamic response of the beam is more intense(in like manner, the amplitude is bigger). The maximum kinetic energy of the vibratinghead is the potential energy when the vibrating head is on the tallest position. So when theexcitation frequency close to the natural frequency of the beam, the impact force of thevibratory hammer to the ground is the biggest. This conclusion was consistent with thecontent of RMI’s patent. That is also proved the "resonance" of the resonant breaker is theresonance between the excitation frequency and vibrating beam, rather than the resonancebetween the excitation frequency and cement concrete pavement.Schemes of the vibrator are compared and analyzed. From that, horizontal vibrationcould be diminished by used the vibration exciter of cross-compound and coaxial. Because of advantages on smaller the coaxial vibration exciter was adopted and applied indesigning the test machine.The test of the resonant breaker machine was also designed and the3D modeling wasset. All parts were designed, selected and checked calculation. The design results wereprovided as reference for designing and manufacturing machine. |
