In order to solve the traffic safety problems caused by breakage,fracture,subsidence and staggered platform of cement concrete pavement in China,effective measures must be taken to maintain the cement concrete pavement.The study object is the vibration system of the fully floating resonant breaker,and the structure improvement design was carried out on the basis of its vibration system.Then,according to the study of the working principle of the vibration system and the natural frequency of cement concrete pavement,the modal analysis and dynamic simulation analysis of the vibration system were carried out.Firstly,this paper introduced the structure and characteristics of full floating resonant breaker,and analyzed the functions and characteristics of the vibration system emphatically,then improved the structure design of the vibration system and analyzed the working principle of pavement breakage.At the same time,the main parts of the vibration system were analyzed,and the key parameters of the eccentric excitation force and motion of the excitation box were obtained.Secondly,on the basis of cement concrete pavement structure,pavement rubblizing technology and its strength formation mechanism were analyzed.And the natural frequencies of pavement under different boundary constraints were also analyzed.Then the three-dimensional model of the vibration system was established by CATIA software,and the modal analysis of the assembly model of the driving and driven excitation shafts was carried out by ANSYS software,which verified the rationality of the structural design and will not occur the resonance due to structural changes.Then the virtual prototype model of the vibration system was established by using CATIA software,ADAMS software and SimDesigner interface software.In different working conditions,the dynamic simulation analysis of the vibration system was carried out,and the amplitude characteristics of the hammer were analyzed.Then the flexible body model of the cement concrete pavement was established in ADAMS software,a complete pavement vibration breaking system was established,and the breaking and vibration performances of the vibration system in pavement breakage were analyzed.Finally,this paper summarized the whole thesis and prospects the follow-up related study.The main study content of this paper was to simulate and analyze the vibration system of full floating resonant breaker,specifically to analyze the workingperformance of the vibration system with different parameters,and found out relationships between the parameters of the vibration system,which provided references for the adjustment of vibration parameters.And the analysis result is of great significance to the study and manufacture of the next prototype.
