With the development of science and technology today, digital informationtechnology has reached a very high standard. The technique has been applied to theaviation aircraft manufacturing. Currently, some high-tech countries in thecontemporary world aviation aircraft assembly manufacturing has been used in alldigital manufacturing technology. However, China is still in the transition phase ofanalog to digital manufacturing. This requires us study the analog and digitalmanufacturing methods unity of coordination assembly method in this stage to solvethe problem of non-uniform assembly benchmark. The success of coordinatedassembly methods not only of great significance to China at this stage to enhancemilitary capabilities, but also for China’s future to fully grasp the advanced digitalmanufacturing technology to deal with a more complex international environmentand lay a solid foundation。In this paper, the central wing of a aircraft coordinate assembly as the researchobject. First of all, application digital and analog method of comparative analysis todescribes ways to coordinate the assembly of the digital advanced nature. Forspecial type project amount of analog and digital mixed assembly process werestudied. Demonstrates the special manufacturing process equipment by using digitalmethod coordinate assembly scheme can solve the analog quantity and digitalquantity couldn’t complete due to do not have a unified benchmark platformcoordinate assembly problem.Application of digital fashion design and manufacture of special technologicalequipment, focuses on CATIA software to carry out the method of assembly toolingdesign. Against#1for the center wing fuel tank assembly itself coordinate, designand manufacture of special technical equipment for Option1#2#fuel tankassembly be coordinated. To demonstrate the use of digital technology andequipment manufacturing method dedicated solutions can solve the problem ofinternal coordination center wing assembly.Application of tolerance analysis methods and digital methods to design andmanufacturing positioning mechanism. Elaborated the tolerance analysis in theactual coordination assembly of the flexible application. For the central wing andforward fuselage, inlet assembly program was coordinated research demonstrates the use of tolerance analysis and digital design and manufacturing methods ofsolution can solve the positioning mechanism external coordination center wingassembly problems.The theoretical study of the central wing of analog and digital coordination ofcertain aircraft assembly technology, analyzes the difficulties of analog and digitalcoordinated assembly. This study for the project in this field to broaden the idea,and laid a theoretical foundation.
