As a key project of the country and the army,a certain type of aircraft is an important part of a series of subject verification,which is related to the future development plan of the 13 th and 14 th five-year plan of the country.It is based on a mature aircraft model,some of the structure,system changes to meet special operational requirements.The aircraft is a new type of fighter developed on the basis of a previous fighter.It is an improved verification aircraft of a fighter.In order to verify a key technology,a large number of structural changes have been made to the central wing 1 fuel tank.In terms of the structure,the strength of central wing No.1 fuel tank was strengthened,and the installation of some fuel system,hydraulic system and environmental control system was adjusted to adapt to the structural changes.The central wing No.1 fuel tank is located in the forward part of the central wing.It is connected with the front fuselage,the central wing No.2 fuel tank,the reducer and other components.In order to ensure the accuracy of the position of the connecting parts,the size and position of the joint parts must be guaranteed.Central wing No.1 fuel tank is the main fuel storage area of aircraft.Because of the sealing technology of integral fuel tank,the assembly precision between structural parts and the quality of sealant brushing need to be guaranteed.This paper focuses on the analysis and research of the assembly of a type of aircraft No.1 fuel tank.The central wing No.1 fuel tank of a certain type of aircraft,due to a large number of design changes,makes the assembly of the aircraft No.1 fuel tank lack of past experience,can be regarded as a new type of aircraft,can learn from the place is limited.In order to make the assembly process of No.1 fuel tank on the central wing of a certain type of aircraft controllable,some problems of design coordination and the use of tooling tools were solved in the early stage to avoid interference and unreasonable assembly sequence in the actual assembly process.Otherwise,the development time of the aircraft would be delayed further.In the long run,the cost will increase sharply,and the most important thing is that it is not conducive to the stability and safety of aircraft performance.Through the exploration and perfection of the process method,the desired body parameters can be satisfied.And through the trial-production process of the new machine appeared in the larger technical quality problems were analyzed,improve the database of processing problems,for the follow-up solution to similar problems throw bricks and draw jade.
