| Light sport general aviation aircraft have the characteristics of flexible fast and efficient maneuverability,and the private sport and training market has a huge potential.Private air sport flight experience and flight training have put forward higher requirements on the mobile performance and safety of sports general aviation aircraft Accordingly,under the background of continuous improvemant of manufacturing technology and material level,it is possible to realize the automation of assembly process and improve the assembly quality of general aviation aircraft.Assembly quality is the final link that determines the safety and reliability of aircraft in service.For XF21 aircraft manufacturing,the traditional manual is hard to meet the problem of fuselage and wings docking assembly quality,this research on the analysis of the aircraft manufacturing process and reference for other industry system on the basis of product assembly process,determine the assembly process and assembly method,design based on six axis manipulator+rail lines,flexible fixtures automated assembly process,completes the assembly process planning of planning;Furthermore,the dimensional chain of docking process assembly and error calculation model based on extremum method are established to complete the accuracy evaluation of the docking process.By using virtual assembly technology,the 3d digital assembly environment of fuselage and wing docking was established,the simulation of docking assembly process was realized,and the research of digital assembly path formulation and interference inspection was carried out.The results show that the precision and effective performance of the assembly process meet the requirement of high quality The 3d digital model,virtual environment process file,precision evaluation model and program code established in this paper can provide key data support for the establishment of digital and automatic flexible assembly system of the aircraft,so as to shorten the delivery cycle,improve product quality and reduce manufacturing cost. |
