In recent years, with the acceleration of China’s urbanization and the booming real estate,China’s construction industry is developing rapidly, the2012national architecture industrytotal output value13,530,300,000,000yuan, grow16.2%compared to the same period. Thenational construction of housing construction area of9,810,000,000square meters, anincrease of15.2%, has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy, occupythe important position in the national economic construction and social development.Based onsummarizing the engineering qualitymanagement research present situation, concrete case ofGuangzhou J architectural engineering project implementation process, through the use ofPDCA theory with statistical analysis method for quality control (SQC), causes and impactanalysis quality problems occurred in the influencing factors and process, and expounds thequality guarantee measures management of the implementation of J project, from pointto surface, thus put forward the improvement methods suitable to the local constructionengineering quality management.The full text is divided into six chapters, the first chapter, the analysis of the domesticand foreign research present situation of quality management, the necessity from theperspective of the development of China’s urbanizationstrategy, enterprise innovation anddevelopment, expounds the construction project to promote the quality of management, thepaper elaborated on themain ideas, chapter structure and research methods.The second chapter introduces the general situation, and design of the Jconstructionproject, introduces the main units of J construction projectmanagement organizationstructure and the main responsibility, and brieflyanalyzes the present situationof J construction engineering quality management and the existing problems.Third~five chapter, mainly put forward the improvementmethod and use the methodof quality assurance measures to be taken to control situation of J construction engineeringquality management. The third chapter,firstly, introduces the basis set, the allowable deviationofkey control point in construction engineering, and then use the principle of PDCA combinedwith statisticalanalysis method for quality control (SQC), mainly used inthe implementationof process capability index and control chart method in statistical analysis analysis. The fourthchapter, the third chapter put forward by the method ofcombining the concrete case, consistsof four mainaspects of the impact of construction engineering quality of the existence of theproblem are analyzed and put forward the improving measures, and makes an evaluation onthe implementation of. The fifth chapter, first of all, from the three aspects of objective conditions andtechnical features of the implementation main body, toprovide assurancemeasures to ensure the quality planning, quality management method is put forwardtoimplement; and then, technical and organizational measures to improve the quality of theproject, the management organization structure adjustment, carry outtotalquality management has reached the improvement of J construction engineering qualitymanagement objective.The sixth chapter, through the new mode of project management life cycle management,promote the construction of project of project control theory, such as the use of BIMimplementation of informatization of quality management of new technology, so as toimprove the quality management level of construction in the region.Finally, the research conclusion, limitations and future prospects.
