With the rapid development of industrial production techniques, from traditional steelmills, foundries, smelters, the new metro, EMU, electric railway, the growing impact loadaccess to the grid, not only to make the grid system in a variety of pollution is getting worse,power quality is also declining, and these loads have serious impact on power, harmonics,phase unbalance, current and voltage upheaval and other complex characteristics of the powersystem, power quality pose a serious threat, making traditional measurement of impact isdifficult to accurately measure the algorithm under load conditions.Due to the limitations of the existing structure and measurement algorithms most suitableelectronic energy meter, determining its energy measurement conducted under shock loadingconditions will produce errors, so the design and improvement of the conditions under whicha reasonable and effective solution is metered electric supply and demand both sides of theurgent needs.This paper describes the current situation in the energy measurement of the impact load,in-depth analysis of the impact load especially in the harmonic environment, the impact on theenergy measure. Combined with the local grid system shock loads typical investigation andanalysis, field test data, a variety of power theory and measurement algorithms are proposedto measure the impact of the load for the design. Analysis and comparison, the programmingalgorithm uses a high-speed active dot product and integral way, reactive power algorithmuses instantaneous reactive power theory as a basis to implement algorithms. Theoretical datashow that the algorithm in the case of sinusoidal steady state is consistent with the traditionalmethod, but the same can be accurately measured under impact loading conditions.Precluding the use of modular software design, programming ideas, study the overalldesign of software systems, including FLASH drive module, SPI data receiver module, theimpact load metering algorithm processing module and UART communication module whichfour main modules. And a detailed analysis of the impact load metering algorithm processingmodule software.Combination of software design, research and analysis of the operational principles andfunctions of the hardware system, and compare the hardware configuration of the system andcircuit design, based on the impact of load characteristics, the selection of a wide range ofhardware precision current transformers,24high-precision A/D converters, high-speed DSPchip, FLASH memory chips to achieve signal acquisition channel bandwidth, large dynamicrange, high accuracy. By completing the initial commissioning of the system hardware and software, andprototype under shock loading conditions linked to the completion of the test, the datacollected by the on-site analysis of the results of comparing the test results with the theoreticalanalysis of maintaining a good agreement, confirming this article theoretical analysis anddesign meter correctness.
