Currently the power supply is the most widely used and the most powerful energy trading in energy supply around the world.In electric power trade,power grid enterprises,power generation,electricity enterprises and sell electricity enterprises play different roles in the supply and demand management of respectively,while the body of the trade is power.The primary purpose of electric energy metering is for power measurement,the size of the accuracy and rationality is directly related to the economic interests of both parties.After years of research and exploration,electric energy metering technology had long-term progress.But with the rapid development of modern industry,a large number of nonlinear load harmonics and impact load connected to the electricity grid,resulting in a large number of harmonics into the power grid,power quality's dropping affect the normal work of the power users.At the same time,these loads change into disorder and seriously influence the accurate of electric energy metering device.In this paper,the impact of harmonic load and impact load on electric energy metering is studied,and the influence on measurement accuracy under different conditions is analyzed.How the more simple to solve fast Fourier transform fence effect and leakage phenomenon is studied to realize that the calculation model is more accurately and reflect the actual harmonic power.The influence on the nonlinear load measurement accuracy is analyzed under different conditions,and on the basis the harmonic meter is designed.Finally the conclusion is draw:through the adoption of haining window to control time and frequency,the targeted measurement to harmonic and impact load can be meet,the efficiency and speed of operation is guaranteed;Through field test,the proposed method and designed meter is in line with the requirements of the relevant precision metering device error.
