With growing emphasis on quality of construction projects, study of constructionproject quality management is also playing an increasingly important role. Themethods and systems of quality management are gradually matured. This paper takesthe basement roof engineering in the renovation and expansion project of ShanghaiShixi High School as an example, in which this paper consider a prestressed concretegirder which is3.5meters high. By tracking the project process, this paper putforward corresponding quality control measures, and it has practical significance.The first chapter illustrates the research background, approach and significance.And the related research at home and abroad is reviewed. Summarize the experienceof construction quality control abroad, and review the main theoretical perspectives ofdomestic scholars and builder throughout the various stages of construction.The second chapter is an overview of construction engineering quality controltheory,Including the connotation of the construction project quality control, the mainstage of quality control, quality control methods, and the processing of qualityproblems.The third chapter is the overview of quality control of a3.5meters highprestressed concrete girder project, which is in the basement roof engineering in therenovation and expansion project of Shanghai Shixi High School. This sectionincludes project overview, present situation and problems of quality control, projectacceptance and quality assessment. According to the actual situation of the project,this chapter uses the method of statistical survey to make the project’s main qualityhidden trouble clear. Then the quality control measures can be focused and targeted.The fourth chapter focuses on the quality control measures of the3.5meters highprestressed concrete girder project in the basement roof engineering, includingpersonnel organizational measures, technical measures, coordination of constructionprogress and construction quality control, emphasis on construction safety control,continuous improvement of control management. Among them, the personnelorganizational measures include personnel arrangement and organization guarantee.According to the actual circumstances of the prestressed girder construction, construction technical measures conduct quality assurance management from theaspects of materials, equipment, and technology. In the aspect of coordination ofconstruction progress and quality, we take various measures to achieve thecoordination of contract level, organization level, technology level, legal level. Interms of the continuous improvement of control management, emphasis from twoaspects of quality control and safety control.The fifth chapter is the summary and outlook for this article. Paper takes aspecific engineering project as an example, and takes quality control measures fromseveral aspects; use a variety of quality management methods. At the same time, payattention to the coordination of the quality and progress, and the improvement ofquality and safety.
