Optimal Study On Quality Management Of W Company’s "Golden Harbour" Construction Project

With the continuous progress of social and economy,the investment scale of construction projects is getting bigger and bigger,and the obvious quality management problems are becoming more and more complex,which causes some interference to the normal progress of construction projects.In view of this,in order to ensure the smooth completion of the construction project and the long-term development of the construction enterprises,it is necessary to use various methods to ensure the quality of the project construction.Reasonable and effective project management is the key means to improve the construction quality of construction projects and the core competitiveness of enterprises,which can make enterprises stand in the white-hot market competition trend for a long time.The domestic construction industry has always been adhering to the extensive management mode,and the construction quality is the key factor to determine the success or failure of construction projects.Therefore,the management of project quality has been a key link of modern construction project management.This article selects the "Golden Harbor" project of W construction enterprise responsible for the construction as a research case to comprehensively investigate and analyze the quality management of the project.Summing up the quality management problems existing in the project,for example: the construction material has quality problems,the construction technology is not advanced enough,the construction quality management system has defects,the quality of mechanical equipment is not up to standard and so on.Subsequently,a series of problem solution measures were put forward,mainly including: following the quality management theory,establish and improve the responsibility system and incentive system,strictly manage the construction quality of important processes,implement the whole process of quality management,and seriously manage the quality of construction materials.It is expected that the research results of this article can bring valuable guidance to the quality management work of this project and similar projects.
