The characteristics of spreading fast, difficult evacuation and fire fighting of high-rise residential fire greatly increased the difficulty of personnel rescue because of higher floors and more combustible materials and electrical equipments in high-rise residential. Aiming at the problems of restricted external attack rescue, lack of legal norms in internal emergency rescue system, and less theoretical research of fire personnel evacuation in high-rise residential fire personnel rescue, domestic scholars and experts put forward the design of establishing refuge in the house, based on which the structure and composition of household refuge chamber system in high-rise residential fire are expounded in detail and the effect of temperature control of household refuge chamber is simulated.The refuge chamber as the main body, assisted by heat insulation materials, cooling facilities and air supply system, the household refuge chamber system provides a safe living space for the fire refuge personnel in high-rise residential fire. Refuge chamber comprises three parts of insulation shutter, spraying facilities and air supply system. Refuge chamber transformed from room of less combustible materials does not affect daily use of the room, and can be insulated effectively from high temperature and smoke in fire.The FLUENT software is firstly selected as the software of high-rise residential fire simulation through the comparison of fire simulation software. Then the heat transfer process of the house in high-rise residential fire is analyzed on the basic of heat transfer principle, and the fire scene settings are determined by combining with the fire hazard analysis of high-rise residential and different fire locations. And then taking a certain residential indoor layout plan for reference, based on the fluid dynamics knowledge, the simplified physical model of the house and mathematical model of refuge chamber are established. Finally through the FLUENT software, the temperature control effect of refuge chamber on different fire scenes are compared and simulated, and the influences of different air supply and different heat insulation materials on refuge chamber temperature are simulated. The conclusion that the insulation and spraying and gas supply facilities of household refuge chamber can effectively reduce the indoor temperature to a safe temperature range is reached, which will provide theory support such as heat insulation material, water spraying and air supply for later technology research of refuge chamber.
