In order to solve the problem that it is not advisable that the trapped people rely on traditional fire-fighting facilities to save themselves from self-rescue.This paper introduces the fire rescue refuge system from three aspects:refuge system cabin structure design,hardware construction and software control.The cabin structure design based on traditional multi-layer insulation structure is innovatively embedded in the metal reflective screen and multi-stage evaporation coil,which utilizes the anti-radiation characteristics of the aluminum foil metal and the phase-change heat absorption characteristics of the dry ice refrigerant to take away excess heat of the cabin,and which cooperate with the sub-area intelligent cooling software to effectively control the temperature of the living environment.The design of the door structure based on the mechanical seal of a traditional rescue cabin single door is innovative,and the double-door hand wheel tightening device is designed.The air between the inner and outer doors is extracted based on the principle of negative pressure self-priming,thereby achieving vacuum insulation and avoiding the thermal bridge effect of the hand wheel.The hardware construction consists of multi-parameter data acquisition,environmental control and life support,power supply and other components.The multi-parameter acquisition system is based on integrated modules developed by various sensors to complete CO,H2S,NH3,NOX,HCN,SO2,and particulate matter.Environmental information collection such as concentration,temperature and humidity,oxygen cylinder pressure,mass flowmeter,fan wind speed and other equipment information collection;The environmental control and life support system first calculates the demand for each parameter of oxygen supply,humidity control and air purification through mathematical modeling,and then uniformly controls the fuzzy PID.Based on the LabVIEW development platform,the high-level fire rescue cabin control software and the fire control center remote console software are compiled.The software system includes data acquisition,data processing and analysis,local intelligent control,data storage,early warning,alarm and data communication,remote control and other functions.It can accurately monitor the health of cabin health parameters,cabin environment and other equipment parameters,and timely control and master the operation of the rescue capsule and alarm to the superior unit,which can provide rescue for on-site fire rescue personnel.The programme provides the role of decision-making and support.
