| Driven by the time of big data and the informatization of the modern military,the Military Commission’s Equipment Development Department earnestly implemented the military commission’s decision-making and deployment of informatization construction,combined with the needs of the test and appraisall business,and vigorously promoted the informatization of the military’s equipment test and appraisal business.The traditional test and appraisal project approval business completely relies on humans to complete the project approval document review and evaluation.With the enhancement of China’s national defense capabilities;,the demand for various equipment and weapons and program test appraisals is increasing.The application materials for test appraisal are every year There will be orders of magnitude growth,and only relying on manual work to complete the review work,there are problems of long review time and low efficiency.At the same time,because each military region and armed services are self-contained,it is inevitable that the review of the test appraisal project will inevitably appear to historical test appraisal and project approval materials have repeated overlaps.Therefore,this paper studies and designs an auxiliary review system for test appraisal project approval to uniformly schedule all project approval related materials,update current review data in real time,and make jfull use of historical project approval data to promote development of intelligent review business.Based on the research some information systems and related technologies,in combination with the characteristics of the current test appraisal project establishment auxiliary audit business,this paper proposes a microservice implementation architecture plan.At the same time,according to the current test appraisal audit business needs and the overall test appraisal business system The unified standard specification of the test appraisal project,the overall system overview research design of the auxiliary audit system for the test and appraisal project,and the research and design of the business system architecture,system architecture,technical systeru architecture,data system architecture,system software,and data assurance have been completed respectively.In addition,this article puts forward the key indicators that affect the audit results,thereby researching and formulating the test appraisal project approval standard system;according to the various impact indicators in the audit standard system,design the project approval algorithm model and it was verified by experiments;At last,we finished the main function of the system and the testing work.The test appraisal project approval auxiliary audit system combines the traditional test appraisal project approval business with big data storage,calculation and scheduling,effectively solving the problem of military "information islands",and it has great significance in military informatization. |
