Target Design And Management By Objectives On The Subway Integrated Supervisory Control System Test

With the acceleration of urbanization process and improvement of people’s livingstandard, the development of subway system has gradually entered people’s vision. It hasbecome an important choice to solve urban traffic congestion problems. Compared toconventional traffic tools, subway has many advantages, such as safety and environmentalperformance. But the complexity of subway construction and management cannot beignored. Subway equipment integration test is an interdisciplinary process that involvesmany participants. It is a guarantee for the post operation safety. Thus it is a significantissue to define the target in this stage.This thesis selected integrated supervisory control system (ISCS) as object of theresearch. First of all, it introduced the development of domestic and international urbanrail transportation, and summarized the joint commissioning of subway equipmentsubsystem commissioning, interface management and total joint commissioning. Then,based on the ISCS, equipment integrated test target frame was built. The equipmentintegrated test target had three dimensions, establishing an ISCS’s equipment integratedtest target with various specific requirements. It provided a theoretical basis for the currentwork. Finally, through the system as the basis of management and informationtechnology-based research, it defined the responsibilities of the participants based on WBSmatrix, and solved the critical work selection problem by establishing gray correlationmodel. The information technology systems management model was introduced tooptimize the work processes and reduce cost of equipment integrated test.This thesis hopes to further promote the development of equipment integratedtest work.
