This paper analyzed existing domestic and foreign development status of theautomobile central control panel operation, find that with the development and matures ofvehicle information technology, the automobile interior information model has beengradually developed instead of the single driving operation, and the condition of the carinformation model become a complex information system including automotiveinformation, multiple information between cars. In the face of so rich information, drivershould not only control the car moving, but perform much task about driving or notdirectly related to the driving task, these secondary missions have taken a toll on thedriver’s driving performance and safety. Based on the above background, in this article，"complex scientific management" thought method is applied to solve these complexproblems, and then independent video control system design research is put forward. Afterinvestigating and evaluating the program, designing and analyzing development trend, atthe same time combining the requirement of BAIC Yinxiang automobile co., LTD., aManipulation panel with strong independence, convenient operation, novel appearance isdesigned, which can be installed on many interior instrument desk. The corresponding UIinterface program is designed, and the car and interior decoration with the independentvideo control system of automobile is modeled.
