Research On The Design Of Lingnanaffordable Residence Based On The Climateadaptability

In recent years, the state has increased regulation of housing, the system of securityhousing has been further improved, a large number of security housing for the low-incomesare set off. The amout of security housing are increasing quickly，while it is difficult toguarantee the comfort of living, especially the comfort of external public space insettlements.On the one hand, the space indoor in security housing is small, people need moreoutdoor public space for living and entertainment，on the other hand, the population densityof security housing settlement is much greater than that of common settlement, andthereforethe security housing settlements need much more outside public space than commonsettlements. However, the land area of low-cost security housing settlements is limited, andits building density is large, the land for outdoor entertainment is more limited. Therefore, tomeet the needs of the people active in the limited spatial extent, we need to improve theefficiency of the use of space. By several typical Lingnan region outside the building ofaffordable housing settlements environmental survey, I find that climate is an important factorin the region’s security housing settlements in outdoor public space efficiency of use.Therefore, this article discusses the design strategy of security housing settlements from theperspective of climate adaptation.Based on field research and data collected on the construction of housing settlementsoutside the state of the environment protection research, summarizes the characteristics ofaffordable housing settlements in planning the layout and form of outdoor public space,which is different from the common focus on settlements characteristics. On this basis,combined with the region ’s climate is characterized by the Lingnan region, the use ofcomputer software to conduct settlements layout and simulation analysis sunshine windenvironment, and explore the Lingnan region to adapt to climate protection housingsettlements outside the building layout and environmental design strategies.Research outside the building environment, mainly as the main user environment should, in line with the real people-oriented scientific approach, using the method usageevaluation, the user needs to fully investigate both overt and hidden outside the building forthe environment. Combined with climate, affordable housing settlements to explore a varietyof Lingnan space design strategy.
