| Due to the complex topography, the vertical partition structure of mountainousresidential areas is obvious. Resulting from this fact, the pedestrian needs of residentsin the mountainous residential areas of the mountain is higher than the residentsliving in ground area, and more energy will be consumed which will impact theresidents to some extent. This paper tries to create a more safe, comfortablepedestrian space for the residents living in mountainous residential areas throughsome research on the rule of pedestrian and the relationship between the scale and theform of pedestrian space based on the energy consumption laws of ExercisePhysiology and the theory of pacing strategy. This paper consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, including the background, purpose, review, basic mentality method, focus of the study and the basic framework of the research. The second part describes the relationship between Sports Physiology andmountainous pedestrian space in residential area. The third part is about the application of the energy consumption laws in thescale of pedestrian space of the mountainous area residence. A model of physicalconsumption of the mountainous pedestrian is built and the pedestrian space scale isdivided into the overall spatial and local scale which explains the relationshipbetween scale and topography in mountainous residential pedestrian area. And fromall above, we put forward a new design method of pedestrian space in mountainresidential area, considering the energy consumption rule. The fourth part is about the application of pacing strategy in form of thepedestrian space in the mountain area residence. In this part, we explained theconcept and the classification of pacing strategy and analogied it with pedestrianspace. Once pacing strategy is introduced into the design of pedestrian space, we putforward some main points when designing the mountain residential district pedestrianspace. The last part is case analysis. Combined with the community planning design ofpedestrian space in Lian Zhu island, Enshi City, we discussed the sports physiology in the mountain area residence pedestrian space scale and the design method ofmorphology, trying to evaluate this case by the theory. In conclusion, the research contents are summarized, and we analyzed theachievements and shortcomings of the research, looked forward to the future researchtrend and put forward some suggestions to the future study. |
