Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,with the development of the times and the continuous improvement of peoples living standards,leisure sports have become an important part of peoples daily lives.In order to meet peoples consumer demand and resist the huge impact of e-commerce on traditional commerce,more and more business centers have joined the sports format.It not only brings a brand-new shopping experience to consumers,but also serves as an important supplement for urban leisure sports space.This article broadens the rooftop leisure sports space of the theme commercial center from sales space to community public space,from commercial services to community sports needs.This paper uses POE technology to research the rooftop leisure sports space of the theme commercial center,and proposes an optimized design strategy.The research structure of this article is divided into:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the era background and research significance of topic selection,expounds the development process of the urban sports themed business center,and determines the object,scope,method and structure of the thesis.The second chapter is related concepts and theories.It introduces the relevant basic theories and related technical methods of POE.Based on actual cases,it sorts out the origin,advantages,operating modes,categories of the sports-themed commercial centers,and the elements of the rooftop leisure sports space..The third chapter is the investigation of the status of the rooftop leisure sports space of the commercial center.Through the participatory observation and questionnaire survey,the space elements,space levels and spatial layout of the rooftop leisure sports space of the existing business center are analyzed and summarized to determine the set of post-use evaluation factors.The fourth chapter evaluates the outdoor leisure sports space of the commercial center,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the roof leisure sports space and establish an evaluation model.The fifth chapter puts forward the design strategy of the rooftop sports and leisure space of the commercial center,from the macro level to the micro level,expounds the design principles and design methods of the rooftop sports and leisure space of the business center.Aiming at the influencing factors of the rooftop sports field of the commercial center,this article investigates and evaluates from a scientific perspective from seven aspects: accessibility,safety,sports facilities,auxiliary facilities,sight landscape,microclimate environment,space form and space organization.In order to provide a reference for the construction of similar roof sports spaces.
