It is true that energy saving and discharge reduction, and low carbonenvironmental protection are strongly advocated in today’s society. With theimproving of the people’s energy saving consciousness who use electricity, and allkinds of continuously research and development of energy saving equipment, the realenergy saving era is coming. Campus building power supply system is a major energyflow system, naturally, energy problem has come to a research hot spot. The feature ofcollege building and the construction of power feeding system lead to the distributionof the power management and way of energy conserving research. If the preciousenergy resources can be saved in the lighting load relatively concentrated such asclassroom, office and lab. It is to improve the students consciousness of energyconservation and resource saving, and environment friendly slogans is to get thegroundwork. And help to the less carbon environmental guard will have significanteffect.At first, today’s international energy tension is elaborated in this article.Domestic energy is relatively insufficient and regional distribution environment isunreasonable too. People did not stop the footsteps of energy conservation andemissions reduction but pay more and more attention to saving energy and reducingconsumption Combining with the energy-saving ways of the world, campus buildingenergy saving is presented. Next, on the basis of features of the supply system andconstruction, the building energy-conserving plan and the economic running ofdistribution transformer is described. Reactive power compensation method andequipment within the campus building lighting energy saving is debated too. Energysaving after the school’s economic benefit is analyzed. A set of plan is designed afterthis situation, which use STC single chip as the main control part, intelligencegathering, time-sharing switch, etc is completed. Equipped with Wei Sheng smartmeters, the statistics of electricity habits of users is learnt to make a comprehensiveenergy saving.Electricity energy saving system implementation scheme was proposed,and energy saving management methods is presented.At last, summary of what have been done is made, and smart control and energyconserving for the future equipment get a reasonable imagination and outlook in linewith the international progress of computer science and evolution of networktechnology.
