When permanent fault occurred in distribution network, fast and effective toachieve the power outage areas recovery has important significance to decreaseoutage loss, shorten the outage time and improve the reliability of power supply.This paper study on fault restoration algorithm from the aspect of topology analysis,fault location and network restoration, make the improvement and innovation on theexisting algorithm, speed and reliability is committed to improve the distributionnetwork fault fast recovery. The main research work as follows:In the aspect of topology analysis, a strategy of distribution network topologysearch based on the tracing-origin path is proposed. The strategy forming the set oftracing-origin path for storage in the static topology searchï¼›In dynamic topologyanalysis, extract corresponding nodes from the tracing-origin path and processheuristically, improving the speed from the theory and enhancing the real-time ofdynamic topology search. Consider the solution of complex distribution network inthe heuristic algorithm, which could meet the requirements of topology analysis ofring network and power supply or some other special operation modes.In the aspect of fault location, proposed the Information contradiction theorybased on the matrix algorithm to detect recognizable aberrance, analyzed thepossibility of aberrant node through the bayes theorem, and proposed the scheme ofaberrance correction and fault location; This strategy can find the position ofaberrant node quickly, only extract part of the fault information can correctaberrance, for the complex aberrance, expanding fault segment appropriately toensure the reliability of fault location, with accurate location, fast speed, highreliability characteristics, it can solve the fault location of multiple faults andmultiple information aberrance in complex multiple power system.In the aspect of restoration, proposed particle coding scheme based on particleswarm optimization algorithm, which is more consistent with the restoration, andgive new particles update mode of different code, make the iterative particle swarmalgorithm is more guidance, enhance the algorithm convergence. Numerical resultsshow that, this scheme can solve the distribution network restoration effectively,with good convergence, high calculation speed, easy to get the global optimalsolution, the overall performance is better than the traditional restoration algorithm. Finally, the program of the three modules are combined into one, steps and flowchart of the fast restoration are given, through simulation examples, the results showthe rapidity and validity of the proposed method.
