Microfibrils having high mechanical properties are lightweight, biodegradable biopolymer. Nanotechnology research timber was almost empty talk in the absence of nano Micro fibril specimen.How to separate mechanical means using physical methods from the wood microfibril is the thesis research focus.This paper presents a mechanical means of preparing microfibril, designs Microfibril equipment bench and the layout, includes the host portion (including Hybrid refiner plate, hydrostatic bearings unit, wedge adjustment device, etc.), lubrication systems, cooling systems, steam and electric control device, such as phylogenetic. Preparation of Microfibril host part of the experiment focused research, including moving refiner plate as Archimedes spiral groove track, static refiner plate uses a wedge principle dynamic pressure, static and dynamic sealing refiner plate grinding chamber, the hydrostatic bearing support and cooling design, fine adjustment mechanism wedge design, the combination of the host-speed hydrostatic bearings (including radial bearings and thrust bearings) for analysis, calculated values of related parameters.Using Solidworks software for three-dimensional modeling and dynamic simulation; Using ANSYS analysis key components for static analysis,components of stress cloud loaded and model shape through comparative analysis of the data,thus designs the best structure. To design the shape of microfibril experiment platform uses Alias software.The research designs a preliminary microfiber preparation bench rig,and analysis the principle and process of preparation of Microfibril,Thus provides the theory basis comparison of manufacturing and preparation of microfibril for the future, provides a new method for the preparation of Microfibril, also lays the foundation for the mechanical method for microfibril product.
