The Automatic Loading Control System Design And Application Of The Freight Train

ABSTRACT:Railway transport is a rapid economic way of freight, in recent years, with the development of economy, freight volume increases rapidly, especially the bulk cargo, such as iron ore, coal, oil, are increased extensively. The increase of demand of freight, in the freight volume of the largest railway transport, loading and unloading of freight train automatic needs are put forward. The traditional way of freight train by manual or semi-automatic, cannot satisfy the requirements of the volume’s rapid increase, so inventing an automatic control system comes to the research hotspot.This paper introduced the loading and unloading control system working program. In the loading bay, according to the kinds of goods, loading subsystem chooses the loading cars, fixes electronic tag for unloading subsystem identification, opens control system working power and starts loading. Whether or not open system working power supply and loading procedures according to the freight train speed. In the unloading bay, electronic tag recognized by the discharge subsystem, according to the types of cargo for unloading positions, open control system working power and start unloading, keep the freight train speed and working with unloading subsystem together. According to the characteristics of loading and unloading system program, the demands of the automatic loading and unloading control system are analyzed in detail, the system is divided into RFID system and PLC control system. To achieve the best control effects and make the system operation stable, the RFID electronic tag and reader-writer are customized, and the user-defined protocol of the serial communication is designed. Meanwhile, In order to adapt to the desert of bad environment,disturbuted the system power in the interface circuit, designed and updated the package and welding process, ensure the control system’s connection, so all kinds of the functional tests are conducted. Test and application results show that this control system has high positioning accuracy, waterproof, prevent sand, shock, anti-corrosion and other multiple functions, This automatic loading control system can satisfy the application of the desert, it can achieve stable and reliable operation of the freight train automatic loading system.Through the practical application and using the system designed in this essay, the efficiency of loading and unloading goods is improved a lot so that a mass of labor cost is saved. In the aspects of control accuracy and stability, the system can meet the demands of industrial and mining freight working condition.
