| With the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan,China will optimize and adjust the transportation structure,further promote the "revolution rail" and "revolution water" of medium and long distance transportation of bulk goods,vigorously develop multimodal transportation and high-speed rail express and other new railway express freight products.Railway freight transport has been playing an important role in China’s freight transport,especially in medium and long distance freight transport and bulk cargo transport.In this context,it is becoming more and more important to improve the efficiency of railway freight transport and optimize the organizational mode of railway freight transport.In order to reduce the production of empty train in the process of transportation,improve the quality of railway transportation service and increase the revenue of railway freight,this paper carries out the research on the product design of circulating train.Based on the analysis of railway freight transport demand data,this paper establishes a railway freight transport cycle train model,and designs a neighborhood search algorithm according to the characteristics of the model.Finally,a reasonable cycle train product scheme is obtained by solving an example.Specific work contents are as follows:(1)Put forward the circulation train organization model studied in this paper.Through the introduction of freight train transportation organization theory and freight train organization mode,based on the analysis of the current situation of the circulation train operation,this paper puts forward the circulation train product design mode,analyzes and expounds the significance of the circulation train product operation.(2)Analyze the data of the whole road freight transportation.The data of the whole road freight transport in June 2020 were statistically analyzed,the rules and characteristics of the data were summarized,and the fluctuation of freight demand among stations was calculated and analyzed.And use the analysis result,carry on the feasibility analysis to the circulation train product,confirm 60 railway transport node for the followup product design.(3)Constructing the railway freight transport cycle train model.Taking the total revenue of product operation as the optimization objective and the actual capacity of railway lines,stations and vehicles as the constraint conditions,the model was constructed.An example was designed to verify the validity of the model by using IBM ILOG CPLEX software.(4)Design neighborhood search algorithm.According to the objective function and specific constraints of the railway freight transport cycle train model,the algorithm rules and process are designed reasonably.(5)Case study.Based on the actual freight data,the railway freight transport network is constructed,and the case is solved by using the neighborhood search algorithm designed,and the solution results are analyzed.It is proved that the design of the circulating train product is practical and feasible and beneficial to the railway freight transport organization. |
