Bridge crane is a kind of is mainly used in indoor workshop the special equipment fortransport, Its main effect is to complete the weight of the displacement and shipped torepair workshop equipment. The use of the bridge crane effectively improve the efficiencyof the work of the factory, and reduce the accident rate of workers. Crane girder is themain stress components, so the research about parameters of the main girder and differentloading situation becomes especially important. Finite element based on the bridge cranegirder with different loading conditions, can help to simulate the actual operation situationof bridge crane, to optimize the design of the cross section parameters, and can greatlyreduce the quality of the crane bridge, so as to simplify the structure, easy fabrication, andreduce the cost.In this paper, QD bridge crane of factory production as an example. Mainly studied thefollowing contents:(1) There is so a lot of research to the field of bridge crane. Compared to those field,making full use of three-dimensional design software to study main girder of overheadcrane parametric modeling, and the main beam are calculated corresponding by theoreticalmethods, and then increase the inertial force is analyzed by FEM, the research analysis ofgirder under static and dynamic conditions of the different load case(2) Through using the Solidworks software to study bridge crane girder static forceanalysis, and considering the crane when outdoor influenced by external conditions, thesize of the theoretical calculation of the average wind load, add the average wind load onits main girder, main girder of finite element analysis under the condition of outdoorsunder load conditions.(3) Establish a bridge crane static model and instantaneous impact model, through thenatural frequency of the main girder, promote weight instantaneous impact caused by theimpact force and impact caused by the amplitude to calculate, add impact dynamic load on the research of the main girder strength and stiffness, based on the study of vibration modalis calculated.(4) Establishing reasonable model of optimization, the objective function and theconstraint function of traditional calculation of girder section, using the method ofcombining with MATLAB optimization software, adopts the Fmincon function to solve, itis concluded that the girder under the condition of meet the reasonable results, achieve theoptimization goal.
