Distribution network is closely related with the user, which is directly related tothe stability security and so on of electricity supply. Production management anddistribution system is directly affects the operation of the distribution network.Therefore a scientific and rational distribution production management system designhas an important significance not only for business but also for the economy and thecommunity.In recent years, along with the increasing scale of the grid, electricity of themanagement system to run the deepening reform, the old system exposed many flaws.Inner Mongolia Electricity’s original production management system takes distributeddevelopment, which is mainly based on individual applications. The lack ofcorrelation between the various functional modules, lack unity between operationalprocesses has been unable to meet the high quality requirements of electricity services.Therefore, in order to improve production and distribution of modern managementlevel, it is necessary with the help of modern computer technology, databasetechnology, graphics technology, geographic information technology, networktechnology support, to build a new production and distribution management system toachieve the fragmented management organic integration, to achieve standardizedmanagement.In this paper, based on the analysis of the Inner Mongolia Electric PowerDistribution Network Production management system construction from the operatingstatus and problems, we analyzed Inner Mongolia Distribution Network Productionmanagement system from information integration, software and hardware platformsand system security requirements and other aspects. Combined with the existingplatforms of EAM products, this paper proposed Inner Mongolia Electric PowerDistribution Network Production management system’ construction ideas. From thethree aspects of the application architecture, system architecture, technicalarchitecture structure, the l system has been described. Then, this paper designedInner Mongolia Electric Power Distribution Network Management InformationSystem from four aspects from the system function modules, system informationintegration, system software and hardware platform, system security and so on. At last,we conclude with a discussion of the Inner Mongolia Electric Power DistributionNetwork Management information system. So we can provide a more reliablereference about the realization of the design of Inner Mongolia electricity distributionnetwork management system.
