Research On Standardize Management Of The Process Control In Railway Construction Project Based On Maturity Model

Abstract:For the strong momentum of development,as well as the new technologies,high standard, large-scale and high-quality,such many other features,the railway construction projects’s pre-control and the standardized management model is going to be taken highly concentrated to its construction management, considering both of the subjective and the objective factors.In order to meet the social needs of rapid development,it requires standardized management during the whole process of its implementation.Thanks to the development of China’s railway construction needs, after totalizing analysis the railway construction project status and standardized management, at first it has built a management system to standardize the process control of the railway construction project, in response to the Ministry of Railway’s guidance. In this system, there are the standardized management environment, managing principal, manage content, elements and management aims, those play important role in the implementation of the process of railway building; to ensure comprehensive standardization, implement measures, consisted of critical nodes measures and target specific measures, will be given to ensure continuous improvement;through the qualitative and quantitative evaluations,it has drawn the standardized management evaluation about railway construction projects process control, finally,summary analysis of implementation results and improvement targets is got combined by a case on the base of maturity model.With a small case study and its solutions,it will contribute to the future study of railway construction project process control and standardization.
