Project Management Maturity Evaluation Of B Company Engine Concrol Systerm Development

B company engine control system department focus on auto parts project management filed,whose performance highly relies to project management level,and it is particularly important to improve that.This thesis is aimed to use project management and maturity model to improve organization’s management level.Firstly,this article analyses four of the most famous maturity model.Secondly,according to actual work,unique maturity model is developed to calculate and evaluation three levels of the organization.Secondly,improvement target and “three step” improvement ideas is established through the existing problems analysis,and suggestions are given to solve the problems.Finally,this article suggests three supporting measures for continuous improvement of the organization.
