Shenguang Major Science Project Management Model Construction And Maturity Evaluation

Secondly, this paper focuses on the application of modern project management in the project implementation process with the under construction in the Shenguang major science projects, identifies the plan, funding, quality, outsourcing for the implementation phase of research and establishes process management. Based on the characteristics of the Shenguang major science projects, this paper establish the maturity assessment model with expert scoring method. According to the maturity of the evaluation results, this paper analyze and give the corresponding management recommendations for improvement.
