Due to all causes since the project started in2008has yet to be completed. Due to schedule delays，design errors，and use of equipmentsuch as parameter uncertainty causes many problems still unresolved. Therefore，this articlehopes to combine specific projects to project management theory analysis of specific issuesthat exist in the construction，and then continue to enrich the theoretical and empiricalresearch that combines theory and practice of closer， more scientific later， whileaccelerating and making the process of SR project.SR project for the study，the use of empirical research and case study analysis， themain contents of five parts: First，analyze current research from construction projects andproject management in two parts，focuses on the research results of domestic projectmanagement， research ideas and future trends through research status and give academicevaluation. Second，introduce the basic theory of project management，including projectmanagement basic theory，basic theory of project management，project management modebasic theory and basic theory of project management system. Third，SR project overviewand management of the main construction schedule，management status and existingproblems，the problem mainly for project construction program is unreasonable，inadequatecontrol project progress， Participation main level is not high and construction fundsgreater gap and so on.
