Semi-rigid base asphalt concrete pavement is one of the main structure types inour country. PingDingShan has many heavy-duty vehicles as an emerging resourcescity. Due to various factors, the relatively low standard of roads in the design, thesemi-rigid asphalt concrete pavement structure is prone to damage in its interior underlong-term load heavy vehicles effects, and causing stiffness decreases, so thatsemi-rigid asphalt early concrete pavement cracking severely damaged, affecting theirlife. Therefore, to study the durability of semi-rigid asphalt concrete pavementstructure has important practical value.According to the actual situation of arterial highway of PingDingShan, the paperuse of semi-rigid materials with similar features of concrete material, determine theplastic damage model such as lime-ash stabilized sand and cement stabilizedmacadam of semi-rigid base materials based on the theory of damage mechanics, thendetermine the representative axle load of heavy vehicles according to the trafficinvestigation. On this basis, with the finite element software ABAQUS to establishthe calculation model of pavement structure to calculate the damage of asphaltpavement structure with different semi-rigid base materials. According to the resultsof damage of semi-rigid material this paper determines the reduction case of modulusof base course, analyzes the effects of different base materials on the life of pavementstructure,and respectively discuss the influence of the thickness of surface course,base and subbase on the life of pavement structure, proposing a trunk road semi-rigidbase asphalt pavement typical structure type for heavy traffic.In order to analyze the effect of temperature changes on the life of the pavementstructure,we performed numerical simulations on the temperature field of asphaltconcrete pavement structure and Calculate the temperature stress of pavementstructure under different temperature conditions. Analyzing asphalt fatigue life ofpavement structure under heavy load, temperature effect and the actions oftemperature effect and coupling with heavy load, respectively, then researched the effect of roadbed crack on structure stress.In order to improve the durability of semi-rigid asphalt concrete pavementstructure, Combined with the national standard "Design Specifications for AsphaltPavement"(JTG D50-2006), local standards of Henan,"Specification for Technologyagainst Cracking of Cement Stabilized Macadam"(DB41/T864-2013)," HenanExpressway design technology requirements "and local standards of Jiangsu"Technology Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement ofJiangsu"(DB32/T1087-2008), gives a more reasonable skeleton dense graded mixcomposition range for the construction of reference for surface, base course andsub-base.
