Heavy duty vehicle that single-axis exceed ten ton, double-axis exceed eighteen ton, three-axis exceed twenty two ton has been the major of the transportation. Heavy duty vehicle are the main factors to cause earlier period damage of cement concrete pavement.Referrence lots of heavy road information, summarize the heavy duty traffic character of the heavy road.Calculate the stress of the cement concrete pavement by 3D finite element theory, get the relation between load and stress level under the surface course.Restrict load is different when restrict stress level for different thick of surface course,so there are different restrict load for different pavement,offer academic evidence for restrict load standard.analyse the stress and fatigue life-span at the condition of heavy duty traffic and void coincidence by finite element theory, the result shows that, the high-point load location of the cement concrete has been changed, from margin-central of the surface course to the corner of the plate. The maximum of the tensile stress adds along the larger heavy duty traffic and larger extent of void, the life-span of the cement concret pavement is severitily cut.Analyse the character of forepart attain and mechanism of the pavement, put forward the countermeasure at the aspect of design and structure and construction to prevent forepart attain. Illuminate that restrict-load is a effective measure to alleviate the influence of heavy duty traffic to pavement structure by examples.
