Cement concrete has some advantages of high strength,stability,good durability,hightemperature,abrasion and less conservation costs,so it has been widely used.With thecontinuous development of China’s road transport undertakings,highway overload thetransport phenomenon is more and more serious.The proportion of heavy vehicles in thecomposition of transportation is also growing. The cement concrete pavement with goodquality,which is designed and constructed according to Design Specifications of HighwayCement Concrete Pavement and Technical Specifications for Construction of HighwayCement Concrete Pavement.Some have the initial period of serious structural damage.It hasshort performance highway capacity,traffic safety and investment returns is badly affected.We have profound research to the heavy traffic of cement concrete pavement from the designand construction.The main content of this paper has researched as follows:First,he problems of overloadedcement concrete layer design and structure of composite design is revealed, through in-depthinvestigation to more than20typical heavy cement concrete pavement structure.Second,Under heavy traffic, coefficient of axle load conversion,rebound modulus of subgrade andsemi-rigid material design parameters of Design Specifications of Highway Cement ConcretePavement of the existing cement concrete pavement structural design methods are studied.Reasonable design parameters applicable to the structure of the heavy traffic of cementconcrete pavement is put forward.Third,the ultimate bearing capacity of heavy cementconcrete pavement is analyzed by the FEM software ANSYS.The method of The ultimatebearing capacity is put forward.The heavy cement concrete pavement slab stress and fatiguelife is explored. Fourth, the principle of the combination of heavy traffic pavement structure isput forward and the typical structure of the heavy traffic of cement concrete pavement isrecommended from investigation of the existing overloaded cement concrete pavementstructure.Fifth,slab division,lancing time of cement concrete pavement slab and antiskidconstruction of cement concrete pavement of heavy traffic is studied,which is a necessarycomplement to existing of overloading cement concrete construction technical specificationsand guidelines.
