To provide the fidelity motion cues for pilots in flight simulator motion space, this paper present proprioceptive simulation and control algorithms for the novel flight simulator. This paper verifies the accuracy of the algorithm simulation through the co-simulation. This paper mainly studied the following three aspects.Firstly, based on the classical washout algorithm, work space and human perception threshold on the classical washout algorithm, work space and human perception threshold, this paper proposes the proprioceptive simulation algorithm. The processes of novel simulation algorithms agree with the processes of the classical washout algorithm somatosensory, only adding a low-pass filter channel of angular velocity. Through the simulation of the classic square-wave curve, takeoff and landing curve cobra action, it shows that the algorithm can deal with the washout of large and small gesture. Difficulties of the proprioceptive simulation algorithm are selection of the filters and parameter. Solve the cutoff frequency and damping ratio of filters, through a single point iterative method and time domain method.Secondly, study motion control systems and control strategy for the novel flight simulator. Control system focuses PID parameter tuning, front velocity and acceleration feed forward conditions and single-axis motion system modeling. Complete the control of multi-axis motion, combined with traditional parallel mechanism control method and the absolute and relative position control. Control Strategy focuses kinematic analysis, modeling and simulation, combined with motion characteristics. This paper proposes a different solution to different maneuvers.Finally, build a virtual co-simulation system. Verify the accuracy of the algorithm, combined the control algorithm with kinematic. This paper uses the co-simulation of MATLAB with Pro/E, input MATLAB data to the Pro/E motion system in real-time. The method of the Pro/E motion system instead of kinematics inverse solutions calculate the drive parameters and location parameters institutions accurately. This has been applied to the servo control system.
