Electric six degrees of freedom of flight simulators, is used to simulate the aircraft in flight equipment. Flight Simulator has become the best way to achieve better and more economical research flight and flight training purposes or even the only way. 6-DOF flight simulator used in large aircraft engineering design and simulation can save hundreds of millions of flight costs. Using flight simulators instead of real aircraft flight training equipment, you can save a lot of aviation fuel, the combustion exhaust and reducing carbon dioxide emissions, with environmental benefits. At present, China’s civil aviation industry throughout the existing flight simulators are imported from abroad, manufacturing simulator must provide aircraft parameters, flight data, performance parameters, dynamic performance and other information, which is foreign to fully grasp the techniques of civil aircraft condition, both a lot of money expended, and discharge the technical secrets. It has a high value on research electric six degrees of freedom of flight simulators, and has a very important impact on the future development of China’s large aircraft.As a Flight Simulator vector parallel six degree of freedom motion system is a flight simulator very important part, which provides aircraft movement during the pilot can feel momentary overload dynamic, sustained sense of gravity and some jitter components impact information so flight simulation is more close to the real flight. This paper will analyze a variety of methods, experiments on the washout algorithm to optimize the final design SIMULINK block diagram using MATLAB software, and flight simulation curves obtained with the conventional curve comparison, the curve with the real flight in the optimization of the more dynamic approaches, the final results will be optimized on the test flight simulator and verification.
