Flight simulator is a semi physical simulation device that can vividly simulate the real flight behavior on the ground.Because of the characteristics of low cost,high reliability,high security,flexible application and high fidelity,flight simulator has become one of the most important equipment for pilot training,aircraft development and safety research of flight operation.With the context of independently developing the civil large-scale transport aircraft C919 and the growing demand of the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry,it becomes more urgent for the demand of flight simulators with high fidelity.Washout algorithm is the key for the simulator to provide infinite motion in a limited exercise schedule.The fidelity of the results directly affects the performance of the simulator,therefore,the optimization of washout algorithm is an important way to improve the simulator's fidelity.This paper deals with the kinematic analysis of 6-DOF motion platform;set up a coordinate system for flight simulators;derive and analyze the kinematical positive solutions and anti-solutions of the 6-DOF platform;study the velocity and acceleration of the upper body movement and the acceleration and the acceleration of the moving cylinder and analyze the physical relation between the upper body and the moving cylinder to find out the motion parameters of the platform.In this paper,the classical washout algorithm is selected as the optimized object,and select classic washout algorithm parameters by the particle swarm algorithm in range of platform motion and satisfying human sensory mechanism to improve the simulation fidelity and to validate the vadility of the algorithm by simulation analysis.In this paper,the fuzzy control method is used to achieve the adaptive adjustment of the filter parameters,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to improve the space utilization of the moving platform in the process of establishing and clarifying the fuzzy rules,thus improving the simulation fidelity.Through the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation module and the comparison between the simulation and various input and output signals,it can be seen that the fuzzy self-adaptive washing algorithm has a significant improvement in the simulated movement,the return time,the response speed and the use of the motion range of the flight simulator 6-DOF motion platform.
