| The integrated automation is of automation, technologies used in the substation. It’s active computer and communication meaning to carry out reformation of old110kV substations to improve operation mode and boost automation level and consolidate safe operation. Firstly, this paper introduces the functions, current situation of the substation integrative automation system. Secondly, the condition of110kV Meilan substation’s electrical installations, the common contents and design principles of upgrading design are introduced. Then, the design plans of integrated automation system and protective relaying equipments for Meilan substation are proposed, taking reconstruction situation of Meilan Substation into account. To achieve safety of implementation and reliability of electric network’s power supply, the locale implementation of reconstruction of Meilan Substation is constructed. Then the feasibility of construction scheme is analyzed, and determine the optimal construction scheme, and the scheme to refine and explain the steps; combined with the substation in construction, the existing problems were analyzed, such as bats, institutions exist blind anti jump circuit and other issues, and proposes solutions and the implementation, in the practical engineering application achieved good effect. With functional integration, hierarchical and distributed structure, communications networking, on-screen monitor, digital display measurement, intelligentized operation management, the centralized control substation realizes the four-remote function. The modification could improve the system of power quality, the level of management. |
