Transmission Line Construction Project Risk Evaluation Of Regulatory

Transmission line construction project has the characteristics of long construction period, huge investment, complex control and so on. It leads to many uncertainties and risks in the practical engineering project construction. Because it is one-time construction project and construction and implementation of process requirement is very strict, the transmission line construction project do not allow failure construction. Therefore, this paper study depply project risk supervision evaluation technology, take risks existing in the project, and adopt certain measures of control and evaluation to make the risk reduce a minimum. It can be as far as possible to eliminate the risk, at the same time, we can get the maximization of the biggest benefit.In this paper, the resercher took the present condition of the transmission line construction project risk supervision as the starting point. Firstly, the author studied the risk evaluation system of the transmission line construction project, through summarizing the risk and characteristics in transmission line project, and presented five elements of risk supervision, such as construction costs, construction schedule, construction safety, construction quality and construction of environmental protection. On this basis, the resercher established the index system of risk supervision evaluation; Secondly, the author studied the model of risk supervision evaluation of the transmission line construction project, focuses on the process of building models and determining index weight, and proposed the risk evaluation model of the transmission line construction project based on fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method; Finally, the author verified the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model using the Nan Xin110kv transmission line project, and got the credible result of risk regulatory evaluation and conducted in-depth analysis. Thus, this paper realized the risk supervision evaluation effectiveness of the transmission line construction project.In summary, the resercher proposed model of risk supervision evaluation of the transmission line construction project has a good regulatory evaluation results. At the same time, the author proposed analysis methods, established ideas of the index system, evaluation model and case application etc. Those have a certain reference value of theory and practice for the power construction projects and other construction projects, and have contributed to risk supervision evaluation.
