With the development of HVDC project, The issues of HVDC valve control circuit board’s anti-interference have gained a lot of people’s attention. Departure from the immunity of control circuit board, we establish the simulation model according to the schematic diagram of the control circuit board. Through imposed harassment, the electric field strength distribution, magnetic field intensity distribution and induced voltages of some sensitive devices’pins around the board can be monitored. The study of electric and magnetic field strength distribution of the circuit board make us have a intuitive analysis of the strength of the electromagnetic environment surrounding the device; the study of induced voltage of control circuit board’s pin can deduce the the maximum electric field strength of control circuit board which can withstand. According to the results of the simulation, we can quickly determine the monitoring circuit board’s working condition in actual. Finally, additional shield is proposed since problem of inadequate immunity of the control circuit board may appear in the actual.We do some immunity experiments in the laboratory in response to these studies. It mainly includes conducted immunity and radiated immunity tests. The test can provide useful data to jude whether PCB can work normly in the actual electromagnetic environment. At last the experimental data and simulation results were compared to verify the effectiveness of the simulation method.
