As an executing part of a high-speed locomotive anti-skid braking system,the anti-skid valve can improve the braking state of the vehicle through the charging and exhausting motion to prevent the wheels from sliding,so its performance directly affects the high-speed locomotive braking operation status.At present,domestic research on the dynamic characteristics of anti-skid valve is insufficient,lacks research data on the effect of its product structure parameters on performance,and lacks dedicated testing equipment for dynamic characteristics.Its performance is detected by a vehicle anti-skid test device,which leads to incomplete detection items.Therefore,it is not possible to meet the high-tap requirements for on-line detection of product shipment performance.The main contents of this project are as follows:Firstly,the working principle of anti-skid valve in different working conditions is studied.Based on the current and electromagnetic force conversion equations,moving iron core motion equation,intake and exhaust template motion equation and gas chamber charge and exhaust equation,the mathematical model of anti-skid valve was established.The MATLAB/Simulink software was used to design the simulation model of the anti-skid valve,and the simulation curve of the anti-skid valve dynamic characteristics was obtained.Secondly,the simulation model of anti-skid valve is applied.The experimental design was carried out by applying response surface method for working air pressure and the structural parameters of anti-skid valve,such as and moving iron core working space and coil turns.The approximate model of the dynamic characteristics is obtained.The influence of the experimental factors on the dynamic characteristics of the anti-skid valve is discussed by the contour map of the interaction factors.A comprehensive and effective analysis data for anti-skid valves are obtained quickly and efficiently.Thirdly,this section is based on TKQ 600-DM01 and TB/T 3009-2003 anti-skid device for railway coaches and motor vehicles,etc.The detection scheme of anti-skid valve is developed,and the sealing,action response and exhaust characteristics of the test piece are tested.The system hardware includes test gas path module,data acquisition module,signal conditioning module and other parts.Based on LabVIEW,a suite of upper computer testing software was developed to detect the dynamic characteristics and sealing performance of the anti-skid valve.Fourthly,repeated inspections on the dynamic characteristics of the anti-skid valve,and evaluate the uncertainty of the dynamic characteristics of the anti-skid valve according to the national industry standard JJF 1059.1-2012.The maximum value of uncertainty is 0.753 kPa,and the conclusion is that the repeatability is good and the stability of the detection system is good.
