Now days, wind power develops rapidly in China, which the total installed capacity increases year by year, and the percentage of total power generation is growing. Wind power, as a kind of renewable power, has played an important role in people’s daily life.Firstly timely and accurate assessment of wind turbine operating condition can save the maintenance cost effectively, because equipment repair and replacement for large wind turbine are expensive. Therefore, an efficient operating condition assessment strategy for wind turbine is proposed based on fuzzy synthesis method. Firstly, the traditional fuzzy assessment process is introduced briefly a foundation for comparison. Secondly, a wind turbine assessment model is established and assessed in detail, with an improved fuzzy prediction strategy and de-fuzzy strategy. Finally, a comparison between the improved strategy and the traditional strategy is studied based on wind turbine operation data, and the results validate that the strategy proposed in this paper can alarm operation fault more timely and efficiency, which is better for wind turbine operation safety and maintenance.Secondly nowadays, control strategies of the large scale wind farm under the grid scheduling mainly concern on the unit response capacity, but ignore the unit equipment operating healthy condition, so the reliability of operating can’t be maintained well. Therefore, a new wind farm power scheduling strategy based on wind turbine operation health condition evaluation is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a wind turbine operation health condition evaluation strategy is proposed based on SCADA monitoring data, which adopts the comprehensive inferior degree to evaluate the unit health condition. And the evaluation results provide the basis for the wind farm scheduling. Secondly, concerning on the requirement of on-off state switching and power tracking in the wind turbine actual operating, and combined with the unit healthy condition, a composite multi-step optimization model is established. Then a solution strategy is designed based on the genetic algorithm. Finally, the example is proposed to verify the strategy presented in this paper to improve the overall operating health and the on-off schedule of the wind turbine, and improve the wind farm power control reliability.
