With the reduction of non renewable energy such as coal,oil and natural gas and the increasing of air pollution,wind energy has great potential as a renewable clean energy.Now the scale of wind power continues to expand,to large-scale development and utilization of wind power,wind power grid connected operation is the best choice.The large-scale wind power grid connection will definitely affect the power quality.Therefore,we have selected three-phase wind power grid-connected inverters and conducted in-depth research.Because of the volatility and randomness of the wind,so in order to insure the security and steady of the power system operation,and can not be a large-scale wind power grid after the full use of wind energy,we must give up part of the.To solve this problem,the use of energy storage system is the best choice for both worlds.The development of energy storage system is quite mature,and there are more and more kinds of technology,among which,the technology is mature and the storage capacity is large.Therefore,in the process of wind power generation storage joint operation system,to eliminate and reduce the adverse effects of interference of each aspect,to maintain the stable operation of the system and ensure that the power output of the wind power grid with high quality and controllability,this paper carried out the research work from the following three aspects:1.The operating principle of combining the requirements of large scale wind power system of power grid and wind pumped storage power generation,the key problem of the stable operation of the power system is studied,in which the large scale wind power network will bring certain influence to the power system and dispatching.2.There are a lot of problems in the model predictive control of three-phase wind power grid connected inverter,which leads to the time delay of the control instruction,which seriously hinders the application of the system.For this reason,an on-line simplified finite set model predictive current control algorithm is proposed.This method is based on the model predictive current model,and the target function is used to evaluate the different voltage vectors.At the same time,combined with the principle of voltage space vector equivalent transform,introducing the vector sector judgment method,based on maintaining the original control performance,eliminate unnecessary voltage space vector,thus the execution time of the algorithm is significantly reduced,simplifies the control process.Finally,a finite set model predictive control simulation model is established to control the three-phase grid connected inverter with a resistive load.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed method.3.Based on the wind power prediction,proposed wind power pumped storage systembefore the scheduling model,economic benefit and abandoned wind power two minimum objective function that is to establish a joint system,the thermal power and pumped storage units start / stop cost,considering the load and wind power forecasting the error of the spinning reserve and other related constraints into account,the model fitting degree increases,then a hybrid multi agent genetic algorithm optimization for wind power pumped storage system before the output plan.Finally,an example is given to verify the model,and the simulation results show that the proposed scheduling strategy is feasible.
