In recent years, global wind power development is very rapid. More than100countriesbegin to develop wind power. Wind power capacity of China and the United States are morethan40GW. Because of wind power research of foreign countries have a long history andour country has a short history, so domestic control technology still has a gap with foreignadvanced technology. the core technology is still in foreign company. Most of core controldevices are imported from abroad. The price is high, so cost of our wind power products ishigh. In order to break the monopoly and reduce the cost of the core device, we must beginto study the basic theory of wind power, in efforts to master the core control algorithm,develop with independent intellectual ownership of wind power control technology and corecontroller.Now the mainstream wind turbine are double-fed wind turbine and direct drivepermanent magnet wind turbine. double-fed wind turbine is research object in this paper.beginning in this paper, it describes the current development of wind power at home andabroad and the two mainstream wind turbines, and the basic principles of double-fed windturbine are introduced. It draws a double-fed wind power generation of the basic schematicdiagram. Double-fed wind turbine of mathematical models in the three-phase stationarycoordinate system and two-phase rotating coordinate system is established, and three kindsof double-fed wind generator grid-connection approach are analysed.this paper focuses on analyzing double-fed wind generator no-load grid-connectioncontrol strategy. In this part, the double-fed wind generator no-load mathematical model isestablished. Based on impulse current of using traditional no-load grid-connection controlstrategy, it proposes fuzzy PI control and vector control combined control strategy, andbuilds simulation platform in MATLAB. the results show that when such control technologyis used, voltage of double-fed wind generator stator in the frequency, amplitude, phase isvery close to the grid voltage. It achieves non-impact purpose and verifies the correctness ofthis control strategy and superiority. It is an ideal way to control strategies in no-load grid-connection. Then, running control strategy is analysed after grid connects, in this part, thedouble-fed wind turbine mathematical model is established. The method of maximum windenergy is explained. The running control strategy is pushed. Simulation platform is built inMATLAB. The results show that the simulation correctly reflects the previous theory andhas guiding significance for practical application of control strategy. Finally, in this paper the principle diagram experimental platform about double-fedwind turbine is designed. the platform devices are selected.
