In recent years, the global economy and technology driven by each other are developingrapidly. A typical sign of economic development is to expand the size of the manufacturingsector. This point is particularly evident in our country. In order to change China’s tradition,backward mode of manufacturing production, increase production levels of China’smanufacturing industry, many of our researchers and professors from research institutions anduniversities research deeply in both theoretical and practical aspects of production conducted.Researchers and entrepreneurs are aware of that the use of high-precision, highly automatedmanufacturing equipment is only one aspect of the development, improve the use efficiencyof the production of information is another important aspect.The emergence of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is internal factory productionneeds. It is a product of manufacturing industry. Some of its features and functions of ERP,PDM and SCM etc. are overlapping, but its main function is for the workshop, such as:quality management, process management.The special nature and level of the place to use the blades, determine its high-precision,high-performance processing requirements. It also has characteristics of varieties, complexshape. So for blade processing enterprises, its process of quality management and control isparticularly important. We use the quality management technology in MES to make full use oftest data in the production process, which can ensure the processed quality of the blades andincrease the blade productivity.To make the quality control of the production process more targeted, a method has beenproposed to determine the key processes based on quality loss function. Taguchi quality lossprinciple is based on and the processes of mass loss and total mass loss of each process routesare studied, using the improved quality loss function for quantitative calculations, to finallydetermine the key process based on the degree of the quality loss of each process.For small batch mode, the problem of insufficient sample quality management processesexists. In-depth study of the similarity theory and group technology, similar processes intogroups and consider the historical data will be combined. Historical data is given appropriateweight. At the same time, the data of similar process is converted standardizing, thereby toincrease the sample size. Finally we discuss processing quality management under conditionsof leading by such ideas, and data is analyzed in production processing.Production status according to the quality management of enterprises in Wuxi of a bladeas well as its presence in the production process, the corresponding solutions is put forward.Quality management system is developed for blade production, based on the key to the theoryof quality management techniques and the use of two tools of SQL Server2008and PowerBuilder11.5. In turn, the system verifies the usefulness of these theories.
