Quality Control And Management Of Composite Product Manufacturing Process

With composite materials has been used widely in aircraft, quality control in composite materialproducts manufacturing process has become a hot issue. On the one hand, as the airline companieshave strict requirements for quality, composite parts in manufacturing process must be strictlycontrolled and managed because product of material is an important part of the aircraft; On the otherhand, the cost is high in the production of composite materials manufacturing process. In order tofound the unusual factors during manufacturing process, in time, reduce or prevent the occurrence ofinferior, and improve business efficiency effectively, it is necessary to bring real-time monitoring intoforce to production process.Based on the development of Manufacturing Execution System of composites material workshop,composite manufacturing process is analysed. After analysis of production characteristics、 qualitymanagement status and problem in composite materials, a quality management module ofmanufacturing execution system to composites material workshop is designed and developed.Because the production of composite materials are in small batch, traditional statistical control chartscan’t used in composite materials manufacturing process. A model of suitable for quality control ofcomposite materials manufacturing process is built up. Before the control charts are established,similar procedures or Bayesian model is decided by technical personnel. Statistical quality controlreduces the produce of inferior effectively, but it can’t avoid it. So this system provides quality processmanagement model to achieve electronic on-line quality process management, electronic approval anddocument statistics and document management.When inferior come to light, it can feedback、analysisand deal with quality problem in time, to provide support for the stability of production process,optimization of process parameters and quality improvement.
