| Assembly activity is an important part of production. The quality of Assembly Process has a greatimpact on the final quality of product. Implementation of information software can help enterprises toestablish a real-time and effective quality information platform. This thesis is primarily researches on howto improve the quality control of assembling production process through manufacturing execution systemof quality control.Firstly the assembly quality control demands and functional goals of manufacturing executionsoftware are analyzed. Secondly the KMMES product how to eliminate the "information gap" and"information isolated island" problem of enterprise quality management is elaborated from functionframework and technical framework two aspects, and the products’ main function modules and technicalframework structure of support layer, application layer and access layer are described.The quality activity resume form is used as a carrier of quality information, integrated the qualityinformation which produced by machining, assembly, examination and any others production process. Amodel about workshop quality information transmission which based on quality activity resume form hasbeen constructed. The relevance about quality activity resume form and product BOM, process BOM andquality BOM has been established. The generation and transfer of quality activity resume form have beenachieved, Transmission of quality information becomes simpler and information call becomes moreconvenient.By the management of production planning,the realization of quality tracing in manufacturingexecution system is discussed from three aspects:achieving quality information integration in qualitytraceability, production process monitoring and the identification of material batch.With the example of assembly quality statistical analysis and materials management, the relatedresearch of this thesis which has been certain applied to such functional modules in KMMES is described. |
