Since the90’s, the distributed control system (DCS) is widely used inthermal power plant, provide the original data necessary for analysis of on-lineperformance, how to fully develop and used to guide practice become bottlenecks inthe development of information technology in thermal power plant using the raw data.For the study of performance analysis theory is still in the stage of development of thecirculating fluidized bed boiler, this contradiction is particularly pro minent. Thispaper makes full use of parameters (temperature, flow rate, concentration) measuredby data collect system of power plant and studies performance analysis theory of CFBboiler unit, then establishes the online computational model of performance, inputsmeasurement parameters, outputs parameters can reflect the energy consumption ofCFB boiler units, and the calculation results and analysis results are displayed in therelevant device, and guide the practice. The main contents are as follows:(1) Puts forward a new calculation model of circulating fluidized bed boilerefficiency online. The model requires only input fuel industry analysis data and theboiler operation parameters from data acquisition system, then online monitoring canoutput real-time boiler efficiency calculation;(2) In energy loss analysis, the parameter reference value quick-acculated modelof variable conditions is established by Lagrange interpolation method, to achievereal-time display of parameters of the reference value, as the reference for operatorcontroling parameters;(3) Replace the complicated basic formula, numerical simulation method wasused to study on the influence of controlled parameters on boiler efficence, andfurther on the power consumption. Establish the consumption difference analysismodel, realize the online boiler unit consumption difference analysis, quantitativeparameters deviated from the target value influence on economy of unit, and draw thecurve of unit operation optimization;(4) With VC++and database technology, developing the unit energy loss online monitoring and analysis system of B/S mode.
