Design And Development Of Control System For Concrete Wet Spraying Machine

The concrete wet spraying machine is a kind of engineering machinery,which can provide the primary support technology through the concrete spraying,and can be divided into two types:pump and air.The advantage of this machine contains speed?efficiency?and it can greatly reduce the harsh environment of the operational risk,it has been more and more widely applied to various uses of NATM construction of tunnel engineering.At present has been put into use in shotcrete set a large part from abroad,the control system technology is more mature,but the price is expensive,there are high requirements for operators and maintenance personnel,the other part of the domestic manufacturers of independent research and development,by the structure on the limitations of the equipment,in addition to the high price of electric.The control system of the equipment from both stability and adaptability to the environment or to improve the degree of intelligence has great space.The PSJ is equipped with a self-designed rotor piston feeding mechanism,unique arm frame and chassis design.According to the characteristics of PSJ concrete injection machine,it is necessary to develop a set of electrical control system in order to achieve the best performance.This article is based on the machine PSJ which has independent research of CREC southwest institute.PSJ belongs to the air wet spraying machine,it made of the rotor piston type wet spraying machine?the main pump motor?the accelerator system?the walking system?the boom system?the hydraulic system and electrical control system.The control system uses industrial grade PLC as the core control components,it can control the boom remotely by two wireless remote controller,can make PID closed loop control of wet spraying machine rotor by encoder and proportional speed control valve,meanwhile using frequency converter to adjust the output of metering pump intelligently.This machine equips a soft starter to improve the adaptability of equipment on site power supply,it uses industrial grade HMI and the operation of the corresponding functions of the system,the real-time monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis are realized by the feedback of the sensor and the software programming.The equipment has been put into the market,the control system with its strong environmental adaptability,simple operation and convenient fault maintenance ability and high cost performance has been greatly recognized by customers.This article introduces the development status of concrete wet spraying machine,comparison of different types of injection control system design of the unit,puts forward the design scheme for the PSJ control system,including the overall framework,the system function,hardware selection and engineering application.
