According to environmental problems and fossil fuel costs rise, making people increasing emphasis on renewable energy, wind energy which is important renewable energy has received extensive attention from all over the world. So relatively high-speed development will last for a long time, at the same time the ability to generate profits will also gradually as the technology improved steadily with perfect and mature.As more and more domestic wind turbine rotor is, how to reduce operating costs, improve operational efficiency, prolong the service life of the fan to become an important topic of the operating units. At present, wind power equipment maintenance technology maturity to keep pace with the development of wind turbine speed, fan operation process often appear gear box, main shaft, leaf, generator and transformer is damaged, or even a wind turbine collapse accident. When in need of repair and maintenance, need to have professional staff for parts replacement or diagnosis.The safe and stable operation of wind turbines for unattended for decades, the way of implementation is congenital advantage and maintain the day after tomorrow. With perfect technology, the quantity of state system, forward to the design, manufacture, transportation, acceptance, installation and debugging process control was carried out on the unit operation after continuous condition monitoring.In the operation of the wind turbines, it makes vibration by changing loads. Vibration signals of typical transient signals, the amplitude of the fast changes of the scope and characteristics are the result of the equipment running status changes. Change the vibration, the vibration of the measuring signal also changed accordingly, through the analysis of the change of vibration signal, can identify equipment failure. In this paper, in view of the wind turbine vibration signal collection and acquisition system is introduced.According to the wind power generation unit state monitoring and analysis of needs, developed a set of multichannel vibration data acquisition board. This acquisition boards can realize continuous monitoring wind power generation unit operation in the process of the vibration, shock, sway degree, speed, load parameters. Multifunctional vibration signal acquisition board design of Wind Turbine Based on STM32F103. The system to provide for wind power generation units vibration signal through the access of the sensor into electrical signals and through d/a conversion by single-chip microcomputer control after the W5300network chip transmission to main machine for further analysis.
